As we prepare to launch our website, it is hard to believe it has been 3 years since we signed our lease for RE-Market etc. What an amazing 3 years it has been. Looking back at photos of our opening day it makes us laugh. Opening with limited items (all made or painted by ourselves) and a few antique pieces, the store looked quite barren. We've come a long way and as I write this I have a to-do list a mile long with samples to make, products to check out and new stock to order.
We have some theories (I think that's what they are) about the direction of our journey. Plans are often altered or changed but for the most part I think we are staying true to our goals. We want to share our knowledge and information with everyone so you too can enjoy your creative projects. We are blessed to be a part of such great companies such as Fusion Mineral Paint and Iron Orchid Designs. They do more than just supply us with product, they are like family and the support we receive from them is invaluable. We are always looking for new products that we feel will compliment your current lines and over time we hope to add them to our website.
Customer service is something we pride ourselves in and many of our customers have heard us talk about "paint emergencies"....that's when you are working on a project and realize you ran out of paint. Message us on Facebook and if we are in town we'll meet you at the store so you can get your paint. We have amazing customers that are more than just customers so we want to give back to you the support you have given to us the past 3 years. We also do everything we can to keep products in stock however this past year paint sales have increased four times so our Fusion warehouse has struggled to keep up. We anticipate it will take another few months before we can order the quantities and products we need. Thank you all for your patience and understanding when we have ran out of product the past few months.
